Alpine rain

In town we've had some nice soaking rains the last several days and things are looking good. Here's the garden. The first row of green beans I planted (left) are blooming nicely. We're starting to get a few ripe tomatoes.

Across the alley at the habitat the ducks thought I might feed them when they saw me come out there so they're skulking around on this next photo. We planted those trees 12 yrs ago. Hopefully I'll live long enough to enjoy it become a shady haven.
