Restless in town

Needed a nature fix so wandered around our place here in town. There's no way I could make it here without our habitat. Here's a Plains Forktail.

The finger I ripped open while trying to get the underwater wire cage off the pump intake is slowly healing.

The tomatoes are thriving. We've been eating ripe ones for a week or two. They're loaded with big green ones but doesn't show on this photo.

The apple tree is loaded too and I'm not ready to deal with it.

This is the first year Vermillion Flycatchers nested successfully at our habitat here.
