Lots of stuff is blooming. A Pipevine Swallowtail seems to love the apricot tree. And all the birds love it, too.
That gopher I posted a picture of recently may or may not be a Yellow-nosed Pocket Gopher, but it sure is a yellow-toothed one.

Hi Carolyn, Butterflies are beautiful, such a treat to see photos of them. Yes, that gopher sure does have some yellow teeth!
I'm still reading and loving your posts. Had the thrush on my mind today. I mentioned it to the owner of local wild bird seed store I frequent. She was fascinated to hear about the thrush! Hope she stopped by to read about him.
Wondering if the thrush knows about all the snow storms he would have to travel through to back to Oregon? Maybe that is why he has not left yet?? Or maybe he has left by now. Terri
