First day of migration
A short cold front is impending and I think it caused a lot of migrants to delay their northern flight and stop at the oasis. I identified 37 species but I know I missed quite a few.
Most of my day was spent lugging my Canon in hopes of getting a good photo of the Saltbush Sootywing. Couldn't get him to open his wings fully as it was really hot (93°).
