My photo, taken from the other side, seems to have more extensive white, but I observed the bird many times and every time, from whatever angle, the whole head about the eye looked white. I'm determined to get better photos tomorrow. I had my camera set for butterflies.

Hummer update: Hummers aren't coming to the feeders at all these days. Maybe the ocotillo.
Water update: I measured 3 feet left in the one tank. That's it until rains. Scary!
